Wargo French Singer recently hosted an in-person and online CLE entitled, “Rescue & Remedies: Indemnity and Insurance.”

Presented by WFS attorneys Daniel Perez, Shanon McGinnis and Aaron Bibbee, this CLE provided real-world examples of the interplay between contractual indemnification obligations and insurance coverage in complex contractual disputes, offering strategies to mitigate risks and avoid common pitfalls both before and during litigation.
