The show is the premier event for the NAB, the main advocacy association representing the interests of commercial and non-commercial over-the-air radio and television broadcasters in the United States. The NAB represents more than 8,300 terrestrial radio and television stations as well as broadcast networks in the United States.  David’s presentation is entitled “What Does Non-Compete Mean with Terrestrial vs Digital Radio?” David has been handling contract disputes (including non-competes) in the broadcast industry since at least 2005, and has been lead trial counsel for numerous multi-million dollar jury trials.  Just last year he successfully defended a company in a jury trial related to non-compete agreements.
