Blake’s practice focuses on commercial litigation disputes and insurance coverage. Blake is an experienced litigator who has represented insurance carriers and their insureds as well as self-insured companies in actions alleging negligence, vicarious liability, premises liability, wrongful termination, and discrimination. Most recently, he obtained a favorable final compensation order on behalf of a major airline company in which the judge of compensation claims dismissed all of claimant’s claims with prejudice. Blake received his JD from University of Florida Levin College of Law and received his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.
