Wargo French Singer is pleased to announce that Michael Kent has joined the Firm as of counsel in its Atlanta office.  Michael’s practice centers on the structuring and negotiation of complex, enterprise-level B2B technology and commercial transactions, including SaaS, software licensing, data processing, and strategic sourcing agreements.  Michael received his JD from the University of Denver and his BA from Duke University.
