Nick’s practice focuses on general corporate matters with a specific focus in finance. Nick has represented large financial institutions in a wide array of transactions, including as underwriter’s counsel for debt capital market transactions; lender’s counsel for subscription credit facilities to private equity, real estate investment trust and hedge fund borrowers; and in various roles related to the securitization of asset-backed securities. Nick received his law degree from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami.
