Obtained full defense award on every claim, resulting in zero liability for client.

  • Represented national media company in online copyright infringement actions.

  • Defended international insurance broker in three-week jury trial against claims of tortious interference with competitor’s employment relationships, resulting in jury finding no liability against client.

  • Represented former executive in negotiating successful release from nationwide restrictive covenant agreements.

  • Advises clients on a variety of intellectual property issues, including trademark protection and enforcement, copyright law, unfair competition, and trade secrets litigation.

  • Represents national retailers in commercial real estate litigation, including landlord-tenant and breach of contract disputes.

  • Ongoing representation of real estate firm in complex commercial and tax litigation.
