Obtained full defense award on every claim, resulting in zero liability for client.

Defended international insurance broker in three-week jury trial against claims of tortious interference with competitor’s employment relationships, resulting in jury finding no liability against client.
Represented former executive in negotiating successful release from nationwide restrictive covenant agreements.
Advises clients on a variety of intellectual property issues, including trademark protection and enforcement, copyright law, unfair competition, and trade secrets litigation.
