Successfully defended Fortune 50 nationwide retailer in proposed class-action litigation against claims for battery and negligence. Court granted, with prejudice, motions to dismiss that raised statutory immunity defenses under the federal PREP Act.
Representing Fortune 50 nationwide retailer as plaintiff against over a dozen real estate entities and individuals allegedly engaged in a nationwide scheme to illicitly obtain high-performing commercial real estate properties by misappropriating trade secret and confidential information. Litigating claims for civil RICO, trade secret misappropriation, and tortious interference with contract in multiple venues.
