Wargo French Singer is pleased to announce that Courtney Stough has rejoined the Firm as Of Counsel in its Atlanta office. Courtney’s practice focuses on advising established and developing companies, venture capital firms, angel investors, private equity firms, and strategic acquirers in a variety of transactions, including mergers, stock and asset sales, recapitalizations, debt and equity financing, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions. Courtney received her law degree from Tulane University Law School and her BA from Yale University.
