Matthew T. Sutter is a life-long resident of northern Virginia and since graduating from law school in 2003 has focused his practice representing individuals and business owners in civil litigation throughout northern Virginia. Being a lifelong area resident, Mr. Sutter sees the need for a client-centered practice focused on the business community. Mr. Sutter’s areas of focus include complex business torts, land use issues, the drafting and enforcement of employment contracts, discrimination in employment law, personal injuries and simple as well as complex bankruptcy cases. In addition, Mr. Sutter has experience in setting up business entities and advising employers on compliance with federal and state labor laws.
